At The Olive Tree Pub Company Ltd, our journey began with five friends getting together to save a local pub from closing and with the amazing Georgia Hodges as GM and the multi award winning chef Jamie Gibbs turning it into the best foodie pub in town.

As a team we have  a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. We take pride in our 70 years of collective expertise in the hospitality, events catering and fine dining industry, setting us apart with our unique approach to rotisserie roasting.

The Olive Tree Pub Company are working closely with Matt Squire who has a wealth of experience in the corporate event catering. 

Our aim is to be the market leader in alfresco dining and bring a new bespoke approach to every event.
